    Support

For customer support, join the Master Technologies Discord and ask for Matter support. If Matter was supplied through a store or marketplace, include the order or invoice identifier when the support team asks for purchase details. Do not post purchase records publicly.

Before contacting support, check Troubleshooting and try the closest unchanged imported sample. Include enough detail to reproduce the problem:

    • Matter and Unity versions.
    • Operating system, CPU, GPU, driver, and graphics API.
    • Active simulation backend and grid dimensions.
    • A minimal reproduction or the closest imported sample.
    • The first relevant Console error and its complete stack trace.
    • For rendering problems, a screenshot and the assigned renderer, database, and render-library settings.
    • For benchmarks, environment.json, summary.md, and the failure file when present.

Do not include passwords, license keys, access tokens, or other secrets in a support report.

The HTML manual is built with DocFX. Its license and upstream dependency notices are available in Documentation notices. Package texture, font and identification-artwork notices are in ThirdPartyNotices.md at the root of the installed Matter package.
